Optimal Care Measures Report
The Optimal Care Measures Report allows you to see the overall care provided to a patient. Use this report when you want to quickly compare hospitals at a summary level.
Reports by Clinical Topic
Reports on this list will display all of the data hospitals are reporting for the selected topic. Reports may include
summary, evidence-based process and outcome measures
, mortality, volume and utilization information. For instance, the Heart Attack Report shows all of the measures related to care for heart attack patients. These reports are useful if you’re looking for information on a specific medical condition or topic.
Hospital Detail Report
This report allows you to select a hospital and view the entire set of measures we have for that facility. The report includes location and other demographic information, medical services measures and surgical infection prevention measures. This report is useful when you want to see all the information we have for any given hospital.
